UPDATE ON LOCATION OF THIS MEETING:  MIDDLE SCHOOL!   

For some reason, the Roshon Extension Request Hearing which was rescheduled for Feb.. 12th at 7:30 p.m. before the Zoning Board of Appeals has been changed to a "meeting". status, per Zoning Secretary, Ruth Crutcher.   It appears that the extension request has been approved for up to seven years, as we understand it.  We do not know how this could happen, however, we are attempting to get an explanation.  There will be no public notice since this is just a MEETING, not a HEARING. 

 Please plan to attend the Feb. 12th meeting.  At this time, we do NOT know where it will be held but we do know that it will be either at the Middle School or High School cafeteria in Baltimore.
