4/3/08 UPDATE:  NO DECISION WAS MADE AT 4/1/08 HEARING.  THE BOARD WILL REVIEW ALL OF THE EVIDENCE CAREFULLY BEFORE IT CAN MAKE A DECISION.  IT'S BEEN RESCHEDULED FOR APRIL 15TH.  PLACE AND TIME WILL FOLLOW.  (VERY GOOD TURNOUT BY COMMUNITY..THANK YOU!)

Hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, April 1st at 7:30 p.m. and will be held at the Liberty Union-Thurston High School cafeteria.  Public comment will be heard.  This appeal was filed by Stoudertown Rd. residents who are appealing the time extension decision made by our Zoning Administrator/Inspector, Tom Spring.  Please plan to attend.   If you have something to say, this is the time to do it.
