Minutes for a meeting held on
January 4, 2012

The meeting was called to order by Trustee Keller at 7:30 PM at 2095 Baltimore-Reynoldsburg Road, Baltimore, Ohio, with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Trustee Keller called for certificates of election of the newly elected trustee and fiscal officer. Both were presented and viewed.

Newly elected Trustee Ety and Fiscal Officer Alt presented their oath of office and their bonds were accepted by Trustee Keller and Trustee Kemmerer on motion by Trustee Kemmerer and seconded by Trustee Keller.

Previous year's Chairman Keller called for nominations for the election of a chairman/president for 2012. Trustee Ety nominated Trustee Keller. Trustee Ety moved the nominations be closed and Trustee Keller seconded the motion.

A. She is taking calls on various interests in building.

The Road Supervisor gave his report:
A. Things are quiet except for a dump truck that needs a new fuel tank.

A. There was none.

New Business: A. Trustee Ety mentioned that the security light over the fuel tanks isn't working. The road supervisor will find someone to fix the light. B. Correspondence was viewed. C. Inventory will be reviewed at the next scheduled meeting.

At 9:44 PM Trustee Ety moved to adjourn and Trustee Keller seconded the motion.
