LIBERTY TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES Minutes for a meeting held on December 5, 2011

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Keller at 7:30 PM at 2095 Baltimore-Reynoldsburg Road, Baltimore, Ohio, with the Pledge of Allegiance.

The minutes for November 21, 2011, were approved as presented.

Comments from the floor: A. There were none.

The Fiscal Officer gave his report: A. The report is attached. ( ORRD Note: Please contact the Liberty Township Office for report.) B. Trustee Kemmerer moved to approve PO 55-11 (Greenfield Township) and Trustee Ety seconded the motion.

C. Trustee Ety moved to approve warrants 13219 through 13243 and Trustee Kemmerer seconded the motion.

The Road Supervisor gave his report: A. It was decided that Aaron Kull would be hired (when needed) to plow snow. B. It was decided to order diesel fuel.

The Zoning Inspector gave her report: A. Things are pretty slow right now.
-
Old Business: A. The dirt mound on Heimberger Lane will be removed from the agenda as the weather will not permit the dirt to be moved at the present. B. Baltimore Village used their water jet to try to open the tile at Gary Stamm's property. C. The Saylor Road problem has gotten worse. There is water coming across the road. There was discussion about how to remedy the problem. D. Tom Skinner, Ann Drive, still has a water problem. It was decided this was between him and his neighbor. E. There was discussion about a pickup truck. Trustee Kemmerer moved to buy a Ford 3/4 ton from Bob Boyd Ford for a price of $23,473.00. Motion died for lack of a second.

New Business: A. Correspondence was viewed. B. The county has a contractor working on Brandon Mill.

At 8:33 PM Trustee Ety moved to adjourn and Trustee Kemmerer seconded the motion. Roll Call: all in favor.
