Zoning Inspector Ruth Crutcher reported having several complaints about signs, high grass, businesses in residential areas, and one from Ed Duffy, 5624 Stouder Place concerning a neighbor who Mr. Duffy feels does not follow the zoning rules. Inspector Crutcher explained to Mr. Duffy that his neighbor has the proper permits, will remove the junk truck and otherwise has no violations.
