Lancaster Eagle-Gazette By Robert B. Badgeley The Baltimore Downtown Restoration Committee will open up the Baltimore Town Hall Theater for a trick-or-treat walk-through from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Monday. Community organizations are donating candy to give to the children as they pass through the old theater. The BDRC is opening the theater to help bring awareness to the Baltimore Downtown Restoration efforts that include the Façade Grant Program, the Theater and Basil Firehouse Restoration projects.
