The Liberty Township Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 11, 2011, to hear a proposed text amendment to the Liberty Township Zoning resolution to amend Section 10.4, Paragraph B.3, and Section 10.13 Paragraph C 1, 2 and 5, C & D. Section 10.4 Paragraph B. 3 shall be amended to read: An in-ground private residential swimming pool, or the entire property upon which it is located, shall be fenced in such a manner as to prevent uncontrolled access from the street and from adjacent properties. The required fence shall be at least forty-eight (48) inches in height, have a gate and lock, and shall be maintained in good condition. Section 10.13 paragraph C 1. & 2 shall be amended to read: C. 1. Delete entire paragraph. C 2. Delete entire paragraph. Paragraph 5 C Delete first sentence. 5.C shall be amended to read: Only lighting needed for safety or security may remain lit after close of business, in which case the lighting shall be reduced to the minimum level necessary. 5.D Delete entire paragraph. The Public Hearing will be held in the Liberty Township Administrative Building, 2095 Reynoldsburg-Baltimore Rd., Baltimore OH 43015, and will begin at 7:30 PM.
